Entity often wonders how other people really feel....It's more than a little troubling to sit across from someone and be fully aware that you'll never really know them, not the him or her behind the mask..... all you'll ever hear is echoes born of dust, all you'll ever see of that person is the ripples they make in the swirling sea of analog lives and digital dreams. Sometimes WeI wonder if maybe it's better this way, because perhaps the only thing worse than an a illusion is the truth, in all its vicious glory. Whitethorn's been hurt by the truth so many times, certainly enough to know that sometimes a white lie is the darkest deed of all. But even so, even knowing how much it hurt to find out afterwards we still wonder if maybe those few blissful moments of enduring ignorance might have been worth it. Then again, we also wonder if maybe understanding would have shielded us from the misery all together. So that's what we chose to seek, to understand instead of to suffer at the hands of those who are alien to us, though we wrap images of false comprehension around them.
